Empowering Rock Through Unity
Scarlet Sins, the Canadian all-female hard rock band founded in 2004 by guitarist Cristina Canas and vocalist Sylvia Niewinski, has captivated audiences with heavy riffs, catchy choruses, and powerful vocals.
They opened for acts like Motley Crue and Buckcherry, earning a reputation for their electrifying live shows. Their 2008 self-titled debut, produced by Richard Chycki (Rush, Aerosmith), earned Grammy shortlist nods for Best Rock Album, Best Original Rock Song for "Drown" and Best Hard Rock Performance for "Drown" and "Strangelove".
After disbanding in 2009, they reunited and released single "Legends Never Die", produced, engineered and mixed by Richard Chycki, in 2024. Scarlet Sins remains a symbol of female empowerment, inspiring a new generation of musicians. Inspired by worldwide events over the last decade, their new songs to be released in 2025 will take on themes of freedom, truth, unity and love.
